“S”- Increasing and decreasing the Draw size.“X” – Activating and De activation the symmetry.“,” Coma key – hide and unhide the Lightbox.I will mention the most used shortcuts by me which I think are really the most used shortcuts used by any artist working in Zbrush. I think learning a few shortcuts which we will be using most of the time will come handy while doing those small sculpts but it’s not mandatory to learn the shortcuts, there are buttons in the UI to help you with this. So, I believe that if you follow these steps which I have mentioned below and put some efforts, then I will assure you that you will get started with Zbrush easily and will reach a level in around one or two week.īut believe me it will be a one hell of a journey… because it was a very good experience for me. And for me I have first started learning the basic tools and trying to do the task with those tools first, then after that when I looked at other features, and I think other features are not mandatory for the beginner. Then I would say that Zbrush is like you have a lump of clay and you have different tools to sculpt, so after that it depends on you, how easily you catch up the key points to use those tools in ways that will do the job for you. According to me if you ask, how much time does it take to learn Zbrush? Zbrush is easy to learn if you follow the correct steps, and for that I will tell you how I have learned Zbrush over time. I have seen many tutorials, videos and courses but nobody is telling exactly how someone should take steps to learn to start using ZBrush. When we start learning anything we often focus on the whole thing, which makes it hard to even get started.
